VILLAS (completed / uncompleted) AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

  • Clear copy of both sides of the title deed.
  • Real Estate’s site sketch displaying the trends and milestones.
  • Price quotation  as per SHB’s approved form
  • Owner’s ID copy if being a person, /or the commercial registration copy if being company.
  • Construction license copy authorized by the concerned.
  • For the villas built on split lands(e.g. Duplex), the following documents to be added:
    Copy of the municipality’s civilian engineering committee minutes
    Copy of municipality’s proposed split of land form

APARTMENTS

  • Clear copy of both sides of the title deed.
  • Real Estate’s site sketch displaying the trends and milestones.
  • Price quotation  as per SHB’s approved form
  • Owner’s ID copy if being a person, /or the commercial registration copy if being company.
  • Construction license copy authorized by the concerned.
  • Survey report approved by the municipality of the city where the estate is located.
  • Sketch of the apartment’s location within the building

LANDS

  •  Clear copy of both sides of the title deed.
  • Real Estate’s site sketch displaying the trends and milestones.
  • Price quotation  as per SHB’s approved form
  • Owner’s ID copy if being a person, /or the commercial registration copy if being company
  • For split lands, the following documents to be added:
